- 2. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins with drafts starting at 6:00 PM Eastern time on October 27th, 2025 through 11:00p ET on October 28, 2025 (please visit the App for exact draft time for each specific league), with the first NFL Week (defined below) starting on October 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on December 29, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. If you do not participate in the draft, you will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
- 3. How to Enter. There is one (1) method to enter this Promotion as follows:
You must participate in the draft of any 2nd Chance public league available on the App held on October 27 and/or October 28, 2025. During the Promotion Period, each week of the National Football League (NFL) (which runs from Thursday through the following Wednesday) (“NFL Week”), for one (1) entry per public league, through your Renegade Fantasy account for the Promotion, you must submit a starting line-up that consists of the following positions:
- 1) Quarterback
- 2) Running Back
- 3) Running Back
- 4) Wide Receiver
- 5) Wide Receiver
- 6) Tight End
- 7) Flex (Running Back, Wide Receiver, or Tight End)
- 8) Kicker
- 9) Defense / Special Teams
A winner is considered a minor unless he or she is the age of majority in his or her state or territory of residence by the Promotion start date. The age of majority varies by state. The age of majority is 18 for all United States except for: Alabama (19), Arkansas (18 or graduation from high school, whichever is later), Delaware (19), Mississippi (21), Nebraska (19), Nevada (18, or if still in high school at 18, 19 or graduation, whichever comes sooner), Ohio (18 or graduation from high school, whichever comes first), Tennessee (18 or graduation from high school, whichever is later), Utah (18 or graduation from high school, whichever is earlier), and Wisconsin (18, or if still in high school at 18, 19 or graduation, whichever comes sooner).
The selected two (2) Running Backs and two (2) Wide Receivers (or possibly three Running Backs or three Wide Receivers given the “Flex” option) do not need to be listed in order of best performers; they simply need to be selected.
Only the initial starting line-up submitted at the start of the NFL Week before 12:00p Eastern Time of the first NFL game of that NFL Week (i.e., on a Thursday) (“Weekly Entry Deadline”) will be eligible to win the grand prize. Entrants may substitute and/or exchange players at their discretion during the games per Renegade Fantasy Football guidelines, but only the initial starting line-up entry submitted prior to the Weekly Entry Deadline will be eligible for the grand prize. There may be other prizes given away by Sponsor during the Promotion Period that are not related to this Promotion, and you agree to abide by terms related thereto.
There is a limit of one (1) Renegade Fantasy account per person, and one (1) entry per Renegade Fantasy account per public league per NFL Week. You may not use an agency or any automated system to enter, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through those methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. All entries must be complete and subject to verification by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. You may not enter more than once per NFL Week by creating multiple email accounts and any attempt to do so will result in disqualification.
By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion, which are final and binding. Your participation in the Promotion will be subject to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions to which the entrant must agree as a condition to participate in the Promotion. Should there be conflict between Sponsors’ Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.
- 4. Winner Selection. On or about two weeks after the completion of each NFL Week during the Promotion Period, Sponsor will use the official NFL statistics deemed final as of 11:59pm Pacific Time on each Thursday to determine if any Entry from the prior NFL Week contains the best performing NFL player for all nine (9) positions detailed above in that NFL Week, whereby one (1) grand prize will be available to a potential winner. The best performing NFL player means the NFL player accumulating the most valid fantasy points based on the Sports Data.io standard scoring system in accordance with the following link:
https://sportsdata.io/developers/fantasy-scoring-system/nfl
In the event of a tie at a single position for which multiple NFL players may be selected in a starting line-up (i.e., Running Back, Wide Receiver or Tight End if Flex is also Tight End), one tied NFL player will be deemed the “first best” and the other tied player will be deemed the “second best” despite accumulating the same amount of points. If three (3) NFL players tie for “first best” in one of these positions, the third tied player shall be deemed the winning “Flex” player for that NFL Week if his score is equal to or higher than the best Flex candidate at the other two eligible Flex NFL positions.
A maximum of one (1) grand prize will be offered to a potential winner(s) in an NFL Week, and a maximum of two (2) grand prizes will be offered to potential winners during the entire Promotion Period. If two (2) grand prizes are offered to potential winners across multiple NFL Weeks, the Promotion will end altogether. If there is not an Entry that contains the best performing NFL player for all nine (9) starting line-up positions detailed above in a respective NFL Week, there will be no grand prize offered to a potential winner; there may be no grand prize offered to a potential winner throughout the entire Promotion if no Entry contains the best performing NFL player for all nine (9) starting line-up positions detailed above in any NFL Week. In the event of multiple eligible grand prize winners in a given NFL Week of this Promotion, the grand prize will be equally split among the winners.
The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received during each NFL Week throughout the Promotion Period. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner (if any) within one (1) week of the determination that an Entry from the prior NFL Week contained the best performing NFL player for all nine (9) positions detailed above in that NFL Week. Up to three (3) attempts will be made to contact the selected potential winner. A selected potential winner that does not or cannot accept a prize within one (1) week of the third attempt, such potential winner will forfeit the prize.
- 5. Potential Winner Requirements. Except where prohibited, a potential winner will be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release and W-9. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, the prize will be forfeited. AN ENTRANT IS NOT AN OFFICIAL WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED, THE SPONSOR’S REQUIRED PRIZE DOCUMENTS ARE COMPLETED AND RETURNED, AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN ADVISED BY SPONSOR THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected potential winner to receive notification or for the Sponsor to receive a selected potential winner’s response. A potential winner will be required to provide a valid driver's license or valid government-issued photo identification card to confirm eligibility. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules on an ongoing basis, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
